The Brief
Andy Childs is a professional driving instructor based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, building a local reputation in a competitive market. He needed more than just an online presence — he needed a site that would rank locally, convert visitors into bookings, and look professional enough to stand apart from the generic templates his competitors were using.
The scope covered everything from the ground up: brand identity, logo design, website design and development, online booking integration, and local SEO optimisation for St Neots and the surrounding area.
The Approach
We started with brand identity — designing the ACDC logo suite from scratch, delivering horizontal and square formats across light and dark variants so Andy had a complete, flexible asset set from day one.
The website was built entirely by hand — no page builders, no WordPress — with a mobile-first approach reflecting the reality that most of Andy's prospective customers would be searching on their phones. The site was engineered for local search from the outset, with technical SEO structured around the St Neots driving instructor market rather than bolted on afterwards.
The Result
